Abstract

The method comprises that: an access node receives a layer 2 access control message from Internet protocol (IP) edge equipment, wherein the layer 2 access control message carries resource allocation indication information indicating resource allocation to a unicast / multicast service; the access node reserves resources for the unicast / multicast service on a predetermined network segment according to the layer 2 access control message respectively; and the access node and the IP edge equipment regulate the portion of the unicast / multicast resources according to a predetermined network policy and current resource conditions.
