The device comprises a microcontroller, a power transferring coil, an electromagnetic pen, an antenna loop and a filter, wherein the microcontroller is used for controlling generation of first signals; the power transferring coil is used for transmitting the first signals in the form of electromagnetic waves; the electromagnetic pen is used for receiving electromagnetic power of the first signals, converting the electromagnetic power of the first signals into second signals and transmitting thesecond signals; the antenna loop is used for receiving the second signals; and the filter is used for filtering the second signals so as to get rid of the spurious signals.
