When the tubular member is registered onto an optical fiber probing head, the elastic sleeve is deformed and the tubular member is firmly combined with the optical fiber probing head, thus a jacket can be prevented from falling off and a path for virus to polluting the optical fiber probing head can be thoroughly blocked.
