The method includes acquiring a train number from decoded train comprehensive information by the aid of the wireless checking unit, comparing the acquired train number with a train number obtained by the train number tracking unit, and acquiring an accurate and reliable train number; and computing tracking intervals of a train by the aid of the early warning server, and controlling the dispatching command output unit to output control instruction according to a computation result.
