Embodiment Construction

[0025] The specific embodiments of the present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0026] In the evolution process of mechanical product operating parameter time series events, the data in this evolution process can be collected first, and then analyzed; it can also be analyzed while collecting. The former belongs to post-event summary and information accumulation, while the latter belongs to real-time identification and information monitoring. In theory, the present invention requires that the length of the time series contains at least 3 data. The duration of the acquisition time must form at least two sub-time series in order to judge the stability. The acquisition time duration can be determined as desired. For example, in the whole stage of initial wear of mechanical products and the later period of normal wear, the data of operating parameters must be continuously collected all the time. In other stages, if no sec...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for judging evolution states of time-sequence events based on operating parameters of mechanical products. In the evolution process of the time-sequence events based on the operating parameters of the mechanical products, in order to make the judgment on the evolution states of the time-sequence events, the method comprises the following steps of: acquiring data occurring in the evolution process in a chronological order and at uniform intervals, thereby obtaining a time sequence; building a plurality of subsequences according to the time sequence; selecting the first subsequence as an initial-state sequence, and taking the other subsequences as evolution-state sequences; generating a reference sequence according to the initial-state sequence; according to a grey system theory, building an evolution process information element function; and according to a minimal information principle and a small probability event principle, recognizing the stability of the time-sequence events in the evolution process so as to provide decision-making basis for taking appropriate intervention measures. According to the invention, the stability of the time-sequence events in the evolution process can be effectively recognized in real time, so that the appropriate measures can be taken timely to avoid malignant events.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for judging the evolution state of time series events of operating parameters of mechanical products, and belongs to the field of identification and monitoring of the evolution process of time series events. Background technique [0002] The identification of the evolution process of time series events has very important application value in the fields of society, economy, national defense, industry, agriculture, geology, public health and information. Timely and scientific identification of the stability of the evolution process of various time series events can take corresponding measures in time to avoid the occurrence of vicious events and generate huge social and economic benefits. With the development of social economy and science and technology, the information represented by time series events is more diverse and complex, and the characteristics of some information are unknown in advance. For example, the prob...
