Abstract

The invention discloses a switching device for realizing the parallel running of two operating modes of a self-service terminal. The switching device comprises a service module, a hardware module and a hardware driving module, wherein the service module comprises a plurality of service units which are independent from one another; the hardware module comprises a plurality of pieces of hardware equipment of the self-service terminal; the hardware driving module comprises a plurality of hardware equipment dynamic libraries which are in one-to-one correspondence connection with the hardware equipment; each hardware equipment dynamic library realizes an interface function of corresponding hardware equipment; each service unit calls at least one hardware equipment dynamic library; when any piece of hardware equipment of the self-service terminal is required to be maintained, the self-service terminal is switched from a full-function service mode into a hybrid parallel running mode of a limited service mode and a maintenance mode; and after the maintenance of the hardware equipment is finished, the self-service terminal is switched from the hybrid parallel running mode of the limited service mode and the maintenance mode into the full-function service mode.
