The invention discloses a tide
simulation monitoring system and a monitoring method thereof. The
monitoring system comprises an industrial control computer, a tide
electric control cabinet, an electric valve, a water pump
alternating current variable frequency motor, a
water level meter and an L-shaped communicating
pipe, wherein an ADMA conversion module and an
alternating current frequency converter are contained in the tide
electric control cabinet; a tide instruction is inputted by a man-
machine operation part of the industrial control computer; the instruction is sent according to a RS485 communication method; the instruction is converted into a simulating
signal by the ADMA conversion module and then is sent to the electric valve; the electric valve is controlled to change according to a preset opening size and time, thereby realizing the change in
tide level; the L-shaped communicating
pipe is connected with the bottom of a side wall of a
water pool; the
water level meter is used for measuring the practical change in
water level in the L-shaped communicating
pipe and feeding a practical data to the industrial control computer; and the practical data is displayed in a curve form. The tide
simulation monitoring system has the advantages of high degree of
automation, simple structure, convenience in control operation, high precision of monitored data, excellent man-
machine interaction, and wide application to tide
simulation tests of ocean
engineering pools and port industrial pools.
