The method solves the problem of low user access speed under the conditions of batch access of lots of users, frequency access and quit of the users and jittering of network links caused by one-by-one traverse in detection on a QinQ interface or Supervlan interface by looking up the VLAN corresponding to the target IP address in the user trust table and sending out the detection message; and therefore, the equipment load is reduced and the network bandwidth is saved, and the use experience of the users is enhanced.
