Abstract

The invention provides an automatic goods classifying and grounding computer management system, comprising a central processing unit, a data collecting device, a shelf using state detecting module, a data output module and a shelf operation processing unit, wherein the data collecting device collects goods label data adhered to a goods packaging box; the shelf using state detecting module detects whether the goods placed on a shelf exceed a maximum volume of the shelf or not; the data output module is used for outputting shelf state bar codes when the shelf using state detecting module detects that shelf is full; and the shelf operation processing unit is used for placing the goods on the shelf and combining the goods on different goods shelves in a necessary condition. The computer management system provided by the invention not only can effectively record and account goods storing and delivering data, but also can use a shelf space inside a warehouse to the greatest extent, so that the waste of the shelf space can be avoided; the use ratio of the storage space can be improved; and the production cost is reduced.
