The method is applied to the content managing system and comprises the following steps of: carrying out interaction with a media service system and sending an entity document with content to be published to the media service system and receiving storage address information of the entity document in the media service system, which is sent by the media service system; sending metadata information of the content to be published to a service management system and receiving service information selected by the content to be published, which is replied by the media service system; and sending the metadata information of the content to be published, service information and the storage address information in the media service system to a portal service system. With the adoption of the method and the system, the complete control of the CMS (Content Managing System) to the content is realized; and the CMS can control the data of content in each function entity and the management and control on the content by the CMS are enhanced without adding a new function entity, so that the observability and the controllability of the content by the CMS become possible.
