The method comprises accessing voice service borne by internet protocols (IP) in the FDMA/DAMA satellite communication system through procedures of intercepting and capturing data packages, asking for communication resources, allocating communication resources, conducting both-way voice communication, asking for release of communication resources, releasing the communication resources and the like.
