Problems solved by technology

However, this characteristic of gas sensors also makes the electronic nose vulnerable to interfering gases in exhalation that are not related to blood glucose.
In addition, the shortcomings of the existing methods of diabetes diagnosis and blood glucose monitoring based on the principle of electronic nose include: the signal is easy to drift with the environmental parameters, and the evaluation method does not consider the individual condition of the patient, etc.

Embodiment Construction

[0024] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0025] The present invention aims to propose an exhaled gas detection system, which can be used for auxiliary analysis of physical conditions related to exhalation, such as the prevention of ketoacidosis, the monitoring of fat consumption during fitness or weight loss, and the like. The source of the gas analyzed is not necessarily limited to exhaled gas, but can also be odors from other parts of the human body, such as sweat and urine. The following is an example of a diabetes analysis and diagnosis system based on breath detection. The diabetes analysis and diagnosis system based on exhaled gas detection can be used to assist doctors in screening diabetes, and can also be used for blood sugar monitoring at home.

[0026] The diabetes analysis and diagnosis system based on exhaled gas detection adopts a specially optimized sensor array, adds a variety of environmenta...

Abstract

The invention provides a detection system for expired gas. The detection system comprises an expired gas analyzer and a computer, wherein the expired gas analyzer comprises a mini vacuum pump, a gas chamber, a sensor array, a signal processing circuit and a data acquisition card; the sensor array comprises a gas sensor and an environmental monitoring sensor; the vacuum pump sucks the expired gas or clean air into the gas chamber and is in contact with the sensor array; the signal processing circuit filters responses of the sensors, and transmits the responses to the data acquisition card after amplifying the responses; and the data acquisition card transmits processed responses to the computer after digitizing the processed responses. The system can be used for assisting in analyzing expiration-related physical conditions, such as diagnosis of diabetes, blood sugar monitoring of a diabetic patient, prevention of ketoacidosis, and monitoring of fat consumption in the body building or weight losing process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the detection field, in particular to a detection system for exhaled gas. Background technique [0002] Diabetes is a disease characterized by elevated blood sugar and various metabolic disorders, involving multiple organs, tissues and functions, and is extremely harmful to human health. In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, the incidence of the disease is also rising. According to the data of the World Diabetes Federation, there are currently nearly 290 million diabetic patients in the world. Among them, the newly increased diabetic patients are mainly concentrated in developing countries such as India and China. According to the data in 2011, my country has become the world's largest diabetes country, and the prevalence rate has nearly tripled in the past 10 years, reaching 9.7%, which is higher than the world average of 6.4%. At the same time, the high-risk population of diabetes in China is a...
