In order to obtain accurate sideband information at the receiving end and correctly recover downhole data information, the invention puts forward linear block coding of sideband information, the coding method is simple, and moreover, decoding is easy. In order to dispense with sideband information transmission, the coded sideband information is superposed on downhole signals, and the sideband information is recovered by a channel estimation method at the receiving end.
