According to the method, tea steam containing tea aromatic substances is pumped into a condenser to cool and liquefy the tea aromatic substances; then liquefied tea aromatic substances are led into a tea water storage tank with a temperature slightly lower than 60 DEG C to be blended with tea water and stored without evaporation, and thus recycling and storage of the aromatic substances from the steam in tea brewing are achieved; the tea water is released from the tea water storage tank, the released tea water is heated to 80 DEG C again through an electric heater in a tea water faucet with the temperature control electric heater, and the aromatic substances in the tea water are released along with the heated tea water.
