Abstract

The invention provides a medical endoscope cold light source system comprising a power input interface, an LED source module and a cold light source control panel. The LED source module comprises an LED light-emitting chip, a junction temperature measurement sensor and a semiconductor refrigerator sheet, wherein the junction temperature measurement sensor is used for measuring junction temperature of the LED light-emitting chip in real time and the semiconductor refrigerator sheet is used for refrigerating the LED light-emitting chip. The cold light source control panel is electrically connected with the LED source module and drives the LED source module to operate so as to acquire real-time junction temperature of the LED light-emitting chip, measured with the junction temperature measurement sensor, and to compare to preset operating temperature; when the real-time junction temperature deviates the preset operating temperature, the semiconductor refrigerator sheet is controlled to operate. The system is capable of controlling the temperature of the LED light-emitting chip in real time according to life features of the LED light-emitting chip and dissipating heat through the semiconductor refrigerator sheet, has no influence on heat dissipation effect due to changes in ambient temperature, and allows the LED light-emitting chip to operate in the optimal state. The invention further provides a temperature control system and a medical endoscope.
