Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving indicator microbe recovery rate of a bionidicator sheet. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: 1) placing the bionidicator sheet in a centrifuge tube filled with an eluant, and adding a stainless steel ball, and crushing by a tissue crusher to obtain a crushed sample; 2) carrying out vortex oscillation on the crushed sample, and diluting by the eluant after oscillation to obtain the diluted sample; and 3) filtering the diluted sample by a 100-400-mesh cell sieve and removing sheet chips to obtain the filtrate which is a bacterium suspension of the indicator microbe obtained from the bionidicator sheet. Experiment verifies that the indicator microbe recovery rate of the method reaches up to 83.2%, and the error rates among panels and dilution are less than 10%. The method is stable in result and good in repeatability, and fully meets the related requirements of disinfecting technical specifications. The method is simple and convenient, reliable and feasible. The invention provides a reliable and practical solution for correctly evaluating and judging the disinfecting and sterilizing effect.
