Abstract

A multi-band target / background generating device comprises a multi-band composite optical system, a multi-band target black body, a multi-band background black body, a target assembly and a two-dimensional posture adjustment platform. The multi-band composite optical system is composed of a plane mirror and an off-axis paraboloid mirror. The target assembly is composed of a target base and a target, wherein the target is arranged on a focal plane of the off-axis paraboloid mirror. The multi-band target black body is arranged behind the target and irradiates a target hole to form a target light beam. A radiation light beam emitted by the multi-band background black body irradiates the inner surface of the target to form a background light beam. After the background light beam and the target light beam are combined into one beam, the beam is emitted from the target, reflected to the off-axis paraboloid mirror through the plane mirror, and straightened into parallel light beams through the off-axis paraboloid mirror so as to form an infinite multi-band target / background which is used for a test of equipment to be tested. The multi-band target / background generating device can provide the infinite multi-band target / background for an infrared seeker so as to detect the performance of a system of the infrared seeker.
