The invention relates to an emergency navigation method and a device under traffic jam conditions. The method includes: determining the traffic condition of a first navigation path; searching a parking lot nearby a rail transit station when the first navigation path is under traffic jam conditions; establishing a navigation path by adopting the current position as a starting point and adopting the searched parking lot as a terminal; and navigating according to the obtained navigation path. The device comprises a traffic condition determination module used for determining the traffic condition of the first navigation path; a searching module used for searching the parking lot nearby the rail transit station; a GPS positioning module used for acquiring the current position; a navigation path planning module used for establishing the navigation path by adopting the current position as the starting point and adopting the searched parking lot as the terminal; and a navigation module used for navigating according to the obtained navigation path. The method and the device can protect a user from being stuck in a road.
