A planting partition plate is laid in the case, air transmission branch tubes distributed in a grid shape are arranged in the case below the planting partition plate, and an inflation pump port disposed above the planting partition plate on the side wall of the case and is communicated with the air transmission branch tubes through a main air transmission tube.
