Abstract

The invention provides a spectrum mobility management method based on the game theory, comprising the following steps: Step 1, radio users and idle frequency bands which wait for triggering are initialized; Step 2, relevant parameters of frequency band idle time and frequency band occupation time by radio users are obtained; Step 3, anticipated income of the whole frequency band management system is determined; Step 4, a series of initial strategy sets are made with the anticipated income as the goal; and Step 5, whether the strategy sets satisfy the Nash equilibrium is verified; if the strategy sets don't satisfy the Nash equilibrium, the strategy sets are adjusted correspondingly until conditions of the Nash equilibrium are satisfied; and the best converged strategy set is further outputted. According to the invention, cognitive radio user spectrum handoff frequency can be reduced as little as possible. Thus, QoS of a secondary user is guaranteed, and interference with an authorized user is also reduced.
