A water collection hopper is arranged on the rack and corresponding to the bottom of the screening drum section, and a water outlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the water collection hopper. Bailing hoppers are arranged between feeding screw blades of the elutriation drum section, and a raising plate is arranged between every two adjacent feeding screw blades of the screening drum section. The garbage elutriation screening machine integrates elutriation and screening, and is compact in structure; due to the bailing hoppers, elutriation water of the elutriation drum section can obtain large potential energy which is converted into kinetic energy of the elutriation water, so that the elutriation water is enabled to generate impact force on crushed garbage, and other garbage attached to the surfaces of plastics, fibers and the like are separated from the surfaces of the plastics, the fibers and the like; then the garbage is screened in the screening drum section, so that the plastics, the fibers and the like are completely separated from the garbage, and next garbage classification utilization is benefited.
