In the first direction and the second direction, the first sensing units and the second sensing units are distributed alternately; in the first direction, at least a part of the second sensing units are overlapped with the first connecting line between every two first sensing units adjacent to the part of second sensing units; in the second direction, at least a part of first sensing units are overlapped with the second connecting line between every two second sensing units adjacent to the part of first sensing units.
