Problems solved by technology

At present, most of the production is to use the secondary shoots of summer buds for secondary fruit cultivation. However, due to the fast differentiation speed of summer buds and the short and insufficient differentiation time, the inflorescences produced are often small and of poor quality, and the fruit ears produced are small and of poor quality. Can not meet the production demand of secondary fruit

Embodiment 1

[0023] Choose the summer black variety, adopt the trellis cultivation method, and carry out the following treatments:

[0024] (1) For Xiahei grapes, adopt the trellis one-shaped extremely short and slightly pruning method, the main vines are north-south, the distance between plants and rows is 3m*3m, and the distance between each arm is 20cm. 1 fruiting mother branch; after the new shoots are drawn, the left and right are evenly vertical and the two main vines are bound to the scaffolding surface.

[0025] (2) Carry out winter pruning on the branches of summer black grapes on January 15; when pruning, only 2 buds at the base of the resulting mother branch are left, and the rest are cut off.

[0026] (3) After half a month of winter pruning on February 1st, the shed will be covered with film, and the temperature will rise naturally.

[0027] (4) By February 20, after the average daily temperature in the shed reached 10° C., the germination treatment was carried out, and the b...

Embodiment 2

[0040] Choose the summer black variety, adopt the double cross V-shaped hedge cultivation method, and carry out the following treatments:

[0041] (1) For Xiahei grapes, adopt the straight-line extremely short and slight pruning method, the main vines are north-south, the distance between plants and rows is 1.5m*3m, and the distance between each arm is 15cm. A fruiting mother branch. After the new shoots are drawn, the left and right sides are evenly vertical and the two main vines are bound on the V-shaped frame surface.

[0042] (2) Carry out winter pruning to summer black grape branches on January 20;

[0043] (3) After pruning for half a month in winter on February 5, the shed will be covered with film, and the temperature will rise naturally.

[0044] (4) By February 20, after the average daily temperature in the shed reached 10° C., the germination treatment was carried out, and the buds and trunks were evenly sprayed with 2% cyanamide solution to force the winter buds...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for cultivating grapes yielding twice per year. The method specifically includes the steps of trimming short branches in the first ten days and the middle ten days of January, and covering a greenhouse to raise the temperature half a month after trimming; spraying a 2% hydrogen cyanamide solution for accelerating germination after the temperature per day in the greenhouse reaches 10 DEG C; cultivating the grapes instead in a rain-shielding mode in the middle ten days of May; dressing a magnesium and potassium mixed fertilizer on the first batch of fruits once in the expansion period, wherein the first batch of fruits ripen in July and August; conducting secondary trimming half a month after the first batch of fruits are harvested, reserving four to six buds at the base part of each mother branch, and dispersing and removing leaves; smearing two buds at the top end of each branch with a 2% hydrogen cyanamide solution for accelerating germination after trimming; applying an organic fertilizer once before the second batch of fruits sprout, wherein the amount of the consumed organic fertilizer accounts for one third the total amount of consumed fertilizers in the whole year; dressing a magnesium and potassium mixed fertilizer on the second batch of fruits once in the expansion period, covering the greenhouse for preserving the heat in the last ten days of October and the first ten days of November, wherein the second batch of fruits ripen before and after the New Year Day. By means of the method, the yield of the grapes is effectively increased by about 30% to 50%, quality is improved, the supply period of fresh grapes is adjusted, and economic benefits of grape plantation in regions in the south of Yangtze River are remarkably improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of viticulture, and in particular relates to a cultivation method for making grapes produce two crops of fresh fruit a year. Background technique [0002] Grape is one of the main cultivated fruit trees in China, and has a cultivation history of more than 2,000 years in my country. Its fruit has high nutritional value, and the sugar content of fresh fruit is 10-30%. It contains a variety of minerals and vitamins beneficial to the human body, and is very popular among people. Since the middle and late 1990s, Eurasian grapes were successfully cultivated in sheltered areas south of the Yangtze River, the grape industry has developed rapidly, the cultivated area has expanded year by year, and the output has also continued to increase. However, due to the single main variety, poor storage and transportation resistance, and limited climate and environment, the ripening period of grapes is relatively concentrated,...
