Abstract

The breeding method comprises the following steps: mating each male abalone with at least two female abalones, which are used as a male parent and female parents, in a cultured abalone group to propagate and cultivate an F1 filial generation group, and cultivating the F1 filial generation of each male abalone in a separating manner; performing estivating culture and cultivation on the F1 filial generation of each male abalone under the condition of a natural culturing sea area, then determining the estivating rate value (%) of the F1 filial generation of each male abalone, remaining and selecting the male parent male abalone or semen of thereof with high estivating survival rate of the F1 filial generation, then propagating and cultivating descendants by selecting and using the remained breeding abalones or the semen, and further increasing the estivating survival rate of the descendants of cultured population.
