According to the sterilization composition containing tetramycin and difenoconazole, the effective components, namely tetramycin and difenoconazole, of the sterilization suspension agent are subjected to binary compounding, wherein the mass ratio of tetramycin to difenoconazole is (1-50) to (100-1); and the mass percentage of each of the effective components including tetramycin and difenoconazole in the preparation is 0.1%-50%, and the balance is an auxiliary component which is allowed to be used and accepted in the pesticides. The preparations of the pesticide composition include missible oil, suspension agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granule, emulsion in water, micro-emulsion, granules, microcapsules and aqueous solutions; and the sterilization composition is used for preventing and treating a plurality of fungus and bacterium diseases of various crops and is mainly used for preventing and treating diseases including bacterial spot, anthracnose, scab, powdery mildew, rust diseases and the like.
