The energy storage device ensures a breaking spring which is on a same center line with a closing spring to store energy when the closing spring is released, preventing energy loss generated by a lever camber line, and saving closing spring force. The structure is low in impact on a mechanism, and life of a mechanism machine is prolonged. The switching-on locker makes locking and tripping being more aligned with a circumference mechanics force-saving principle, closing operation force becomes small, and reliability is improved. Technical problems that closing-breaking and breaking-closing of a high-voltage breaker are not stable are solved. The switching-off latch locker uses an integrated structure of a switching-off connecting lever, a long shaft, and a spring, and solves technical problems that closing-breaking and breaking-closing of a high-voltage breaker are not stable.
