The terminal equipment comprises a baseband processor BP, an application processor AP and a detecting unit. The detecting unit is connected with the AP and is used for transmitting a starting signal to the AP, wherein the detecting unit is connected with the BP and is used for transmitting the starting signal to the BP. The BP is used for starting the terminal according to the starting signal which is transmitted by the detecting unit.
