Embodiment Construction

[0023] The present invention will be further described below through specific embodiments.

[0024] The invention relates to a method for acquiring a two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance coherent spectrum under an inhomogeneous magnetic field. Under the inhomogeneous magnetic field of the nuclear magnetic resonance signal, the spectral line in the z direction of the sample will shift with the change of the spatial magnetic field, making it impossible to identify the two-dimensional coherent spectrum obtained by direct Fourier transform. The spatial dimension is corrected with the help of pattern recognition and dephasing algorithms, so as to correct the shifted spectral lines and obtain a high-resolution two-dimensional coherent spectrum. Main steps of the present invention are as follows:

[0025] 1) First apply a radio frequency pulse to rotate the magnetization vector from the Z axis to the XY plane, then apply a pair of chirp pulses and encoding gradients in the z d...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for obtaining a two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance coherence spectrogram under a nonuniform magnetic field. The method comprises the steps of applying a radio-frequency pulse, rotating a magnetization vector from a Z-axis to an XY plane, then applying a pair of chirp pulses and a pair of encoding gradients in the Z direction, conducting space encoding on the Z direction of a sample, and then applying another radio-frequency pulse; finally, conducting sampling under the effect of multiple pairs of encoding gradients of positive and negative switching; conducting packet sequencing and two-dimensional Fourier transform on collected data, and obtaining a space-frequency two-dimensional diagram; rectifying spatial dimensions by applying pattern recognition algorithm analysis and a phase rectifying algorithm, then conducting inverse Fourier transform on the spatial dimensions, obtaining a high-resolution two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance coherence spectrogram, and obtaining chemical information. The high-resolution spectrogram and spatial information which are obtained through the method have a remarkable effect in real-time chemical monitoring analysis and sample spatial distribution analysis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of methods for obtaining high-resolution two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance coherent spectra, in particular to a method capable of obtaining high-resolution two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance coherent spectra by performing a single scan under an inhomogeneous magnetic field. Background technique [0002] As a powerful non-invasive detection method, high-resolution NMR technology has been widely used in many fields such as chemistry, bio-metabolic analysis, medicine and materials science. Since the discovery of the nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon, various magnetic resonances have been successively developed and applied to practical research in different scientific research fields. Among these techniques, the measurement of high-resolution two-dimensional magnetic resonance coherence spectroscopy is of irreplaceable importance and necessity. However, in many cases, the inhomogeneity of the magneti...
