The invention discloses a moisture and light illumination management method for accelerating the growth of tillandsia by combining the application of a magnesium fertilizer. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting and treating plants, namely selecting tillandsias plants with healthy growth and pruning dead leaves and broken leaves at the peripheries of the plants, and putting the tillandsia plants in a greenhouse to recover; (2) applying the fertilizer: selecting a fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, and adding an H3BO3 solution with a certain concentration; spraying the mixture on the plants obtained by the step (1); (3) carrying out moisture management: adjusting the pH to be 6.0-7.0 by taking pure water and then spraying the pure water to the plants of the step (1) until the plants are completely wet; (4) carrying out light illumination management: matching a manual shading method with a sun shading net, and controlling the light transmittance of each day to be 25%-75%; and (5) carrying out other steps: cleaning the withered and yellow leaves at fixed period.
