The method comprises: presetting a relational database, wherein the relational database comprises an entity object, a corresponding user identifier and a corresponding permission information binding relationship, and the binding relationship has time interval information; receiving an access request for the entity object, wherein the access request comprises an access user identifier and an access time stamp; and when the access user identifier is consistent with a user identifier corresponding to the entity object and the access time stamp is in the time interval information, opening permission information corresponding to the entity object for the access request. According to the data permission control method and system, the burden of a server can be reduced and the server performance can be improved.
