The filter capacitors are arranged in through space above a separation plate of the box, the water cooling boxes for mounting of the IGBT modules are arranged in through space below the separation plate, and the common connecting copper bar is fixed to an insulation supporting block at the top of the box. The IGBT modules and the filter capacitors are composed of more than two entities.
