The method comprises: obtaining a target resource role according to task parameters of a target task, wherein the target resource role corresponds to at least one resource; when the resources corresponding to the target resource role reach a distribution threshold, obtaining the task attribute information of each task in each resource corresponding to the target resource role; according to the task parameters and task attribute information, determining whether resources capable of being preempted exist; and if the resources capable of being preempted exist, distributing the resources capable of being preempted to a resource requester. The method determines resources capable of being preempted according to the task parameters and task attribution information being processed, allowing an urgent task to be processed in priority, thereby improving system resource distribution flexibility.
