The upper surface of the phase change heat storage material and the aluminum foil layer are each provided with a downward arc sag at a groove, a heat supply branch pipe is laid in each arc sag, and the two ends of each branch heat supply pipe are respectively connected with a main heat supply pipe and a main heat recovery pipe through a distributor.
