Crosslinked polyethylene composition and application thereof

The invention brings forward a crosslinked polyethylene composition and application thereof. A formula for the composition comprises the following components expressed in weight parts: 40 to 50 of polyethylene PE, 0.1 to 2 of an anti-oxidant, 1.5 to 3 of a cross-linking agent, 25 to 40 of a foaming agent and 5 to 15 of a fire retardant. The formula may further comprise a nanometer infrared reflecting substance, polyester, polyamide, polypropylene, acrylic acid, aromatic polyamide, polybenzimidazole, silicone, etc. The crosslinked polyethylene composition provided by the invention is nontoxic and odorless, is easy to process, can be cut at will, bonds with a plurality of materials and is a high efficiency, energy saving and environment friendly material; since foaming direction of the crosslinked polyethylene composition is almost consistent, the interior of a foamed substance regularly arrayed, so slits become narrower, and heat hardly loses; since the nanometer infrared reflecting substance is added, when heat of a human body diffuses outwardly in the form of infrared rays and contacts the crosslinked polyethylene composition, the heat of the human body is rebounded by the infrared reflecting substance in the crosslinked polyethylene composition and acts on the human body again, which enables people to substantially feel warm.

Two-wire parallel type electronic water gauge circuit

The invention discloses a two-line parallel type electronic water gauge circuit. The circuit is composed of multiple stages of water level detection sub-circuits which are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, a voltage division circuit, a microprocessor and the like. The water level detection sub-circuit is composed of an NMOS tube, a resistor, a detection electrode and a common electrode. Whether a water body makes contact with a detection electrode or not is used for deciding connection and disconnection of an NMOS tube, then whether a low-impedance path is provided for detection signaltransmission or not is determined, multi-stage parallel convergence transmission is conducted, finally, a microprocessor MCU conducts analog-digital conversion through AD to obtain a voltage value, the voltage value is compared with reference voltage, and water level information is obtained. A two-wire system replaces a previous four-wire system, analog signals replace digital signals, the flexible electronic water gauge has the advantages of being large in measuring range, capable of being cut at will, ultralow in power consumption, wide in working voltage and temperature range, light in weight, small in size, high in response speed, high in interference resistance, high in corrosion resistance and the like, the waterproof level can reach IP68, and the flexible electronic water gauge is further machined.

Preparation method of high-performance flat cocoon composite material

The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-performance flat cocoon composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, enabling silkworms to spin in a two-dimensional plane by adjusting a silkworm cocooning environment; 2, preparing flat cocoons with different areas and different thicknesses by changing the number of matured silkworms and spinning time; 3, optimizing a cocoon shell structure through a hot pressing method; and 4, alternately laying a hot-pressed flat cocoon layer and a resin film, and preparing the high-performance flat cocoon composite material through a hot-pressing process. The flat cocoon layer is prepared by using the spinning instinct of the silkworms, and the flat cocoon layer with a natural cocoon layer structure is used as a reinforcement of the composite material, so the composite material with excellent mechanical properties can be obtained. The size and the thickness of the flat cocoon can be adjusted by changing the number of the matured silkworms and the spinning time, and the flat cocoon is compact in structure, can be freely cut and is convenient to manufacture after being hot-pressed, and the defects of small size, irregular shape and the like of a common cocoon are fully overcome.
