The invention relates to a multi-effect rectifying process of methanol, which belongs to the technical field of separation and purification of chemical products. In the process, a crude methanol raw material of coal-to-methanol is rectified by a pre-rectifying tower, a pressurizing tower I, a pressurizing tower II, an atmospheric tower and a recovery tower in turn at appropriate temperature and pressure so as to obtain a high-purity refined methanol product according with quality requirements. In the flow, methanol steam on the top of the pressurizing tower I is used for providing heat for a reboiler at the bottom of the pressurizing tower II, the methanol steam on the top of the pressurizing tower II is used for providing heat for a reboiler at the bottom of the atmospheric tower, and the pressurizing tower I, the pressurizing tower II and the atmospheric tower form multi-effect rectification; and simultaneously, the methanol steam on the top of the recovery tower is used for providing heat for a reboiler at the bottom of the pre-rectifying tower, and the recovery tower and the pre-rectifying tower form double-effect rectification. The invention provides an energy-saving methanol multi-effect rectifying process method which has the advantages of greatly reduced energy consumption, more stable production process, more easily controlled product quality, higher methanol recovery rate and basically equivalent investment compared with a three-tower rectifying process.

The invention relates to carbon paper and a preparation method thereof and particularly relates to special high-performance carbon paper for a gas diffusion layer of a fuel cell and a preparation method of the carbon paper. By taking short carbon fibers, plant fibers, heat bonding fibers and carbon black as raw materials, the carbon paper is prepared by the following steps: defibering, pulping and proportioning; then carrying out papermaking by adopting a wet-method papermaking process; and carrying out waterproof pigment coating treatment. The ratios of all the raw materials are as follows in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of the short carbon fibers, 10-15 parts of the plant fibers, 10-15 parts of the heat bonding fibers and 0-10 parts of the carbon black. According to the special high-performance carbon paper for the gas diffusion layer of the fuel cell and the preparation method of the carbon paper, a production process combining wet-method formation, hot pressing and coating is adopted and has the characteristics of simple process flow, easiness for controlling product quality, environment-friendly production process and the like; the material ratio of each raw material can be accurately controlled in the production so as to be good for controlling the product quality.

The invention relates to a waste salt resourceful treatment system which comprises a waste salt carbonization and pyrolysis system, a carbon-containing salt slag dissolving and filtering system and anevaporating and salt separating system in sequential connection, wherein the waste salt carbonization and pyrolysis system can carry out carbonization and pyrolysis treatment on waste salt I composedof sodium chloride, and sodium sulfate monomer salt or mixed waste salt and also can treat tail gas; the carbon-containing salt slag dissolving and filtering system can dissolve and filter the carbon-containing salt slag treated by the waste salt carbonization and pyrolysis system; and the evaporating and salt separating system can carry out evaporation and concentration, fractional crystallization and drying treatment on the strong brine treated by the carbon-containing salt slag dissolving and filtering system to obtain product salt. The waste salt resourceful treatment system takes industrial waste salt as the raw material, removes organic pollutant from waste salt and separates mixed inorganic salt to finally obtain an industrial second-grade salt product, so that recycling of waste salt is realized, and the flue gas generated during the production process is discharged after reaching the standard.

Preparation method of coal-based granular activated carbon with molecular sieving effect and application thereof in pressure-transformation adsorption and separation concentrated gas

The invention relates to a preparation method of coal-based granular activated carbon with molecular sieving effect and an application thereof for concentrating strongly adsorptive components of methane, carbon dioxide, and the like in mixed gas with methane and carbon dioxide by a direct deflating step and an inverse vacuum pumping step. The preparation method of coal-based granular activated carbon comprises the following steps: (a) pulverizing coal; (b) adding adhesives of coal tar, and the like into coal powder, and evenly mixing by adding water; (c) molding cylindrical granules, and drying; (d) carbonizing the molded cylindrical granules under nitrogen protection; (e) activating the carbonized cylindrical granules by vapor under the nitrogen protection; and (f) cooling the carbonizedcylindrical granules at room temperature, cleaning by water, and drying after the carbonized cylindrical granules are discharged. The prepared coal-based granular activated carbon has low cost, low pollution, low density and high adsorption performance after being loaded and can be used for a pressure-transformation adsorption technology to effectively concentrate gas components with different adsorption abilities in the mixed gas in a direct deflating process.
