Biomass spiral pyrolysis device and pyrolysis process

The invention relates to a biomass pyrolysis device and a process thereof. The device comprises a charging system, a spiral pyrolysis reactor and a product collection system, wherein a rotating shaft which is communicated with a variable-frequency motor and provided with a spiral propeller is arranged in center holes on two end covers of a cylinder body of the reactor; the side wall of the cylinder body is provided with a biomass feed pipe and a pyrolysis product outlet pipe; the outlet pipe is vertically extended into a coke collection tank; and the coke collection tank are communicated with a condenser, a bio-oil collection tank and a tail gas discharge pipe in turn through an air outlet pipe on the side wall. The process comprises the following technological processes: firstly, starting an external heating system to ensure that the temperature in a reactor is between 500 and 550 DEG C; secondly, putting biomass granular raw materials into the reactor through an inlet pipe, simultaneously starting the variable-frequency motor, and determining the rotating speed n of the variable-frequency motor according to the set residence time t, and the axial length L and the screw pitch l of the spiral propeller; and finally, starting the pyrolysis product collection system. The biomass pyrolysis device can accurately control the pyrolysis time and control the pyrolysis temperature in a partitioning mode so that the obtained bio-oil components are controllable and are easy to extract chemical products.

The invention relates to an oral drug composite of beta-cyclodextrin edaravone inclusion, comprising the compositions in parts by weight: 1 part of edaravone and 6-100 parts of cyclodextrin. Based on the optimization scheme, the mass ratio of the edaravone and the cyclodextrin is 1:6-50, wherein the mass ratio of beta-cyclodextrin to the cyclodextrin is 1:6-20, and the mass ratio of mixed cyclodextrin containing the beta-cyclodextrin is 1:8-50. A preparation method comprises the following steps of mixing the beta-cyclodextrin or the mixed cyclodextrin containing the beta-cyclodextrin with 1-5 times mass of water, adding the edaravone with the selected mass ratio or adding a solution prepared from the edaravone and 10 times soluble organic solvent, grinding or stirring, vaporizing and eliminating water at the temperature no higher than 60 DEG C, and decompression drying to obtain a white powdery inclusion complex. A contrast test is carried out on the invention and edaravone injection on sale, the absolute bioavailability of an inclusion complex preparation thereof can reach above 55 percent; and compared with a common edaravone suspension preparation (attached drawing 6), the relative bioavailability of the invention reaches up to about 1000 percent.

The invention discloses a system device and a method for recycling sulfur dioxide from fume to prepare sulfur. The device comprises three units of an absorption and pyrolysis unit, a reduction unit and a krauss unit, wherein the absorption and pyrolysis unit mainly consists of a cooling tower, an absorbing tower, a purifier, a circulation pump, a regeneration pyrolysis tank and a rich and lean liquid heat exchanger; the reduction unit mainly consists of a mixed gas generation system, a reduction reactor and a sulfur condenser; the krauss unit mainly consists of a krauss reactor and a sulfur condenser. The method comprises the steps that the absorption and pyrolysis unit absorbs and pyrolyzes the fume so as to obtain a pure sulfur dioxide gas, and the reduction unit converts the sulfur dioxide into elementary sulfur through catalysis reaction, wherein the conversion per pass is not less than 95%, and the total conversion is greater than 99.5%. The sulfur dioxide content that the fume is completely discharged is not greater than 50 milligrams per normal cubic meter. The sulfur dioxide is converted into national best grade sulfur products which are stable in property and convenient to store and transport, with high efficiency and low cost, the desulfuration operation cost is lower than the value of a recycled product, and the products can be widely applied to chemistry and thermal power industry.
