cyclodextrin-
capsaicin-
metal-organic framework (β-CD-
capsaicin-MOF)
powder. The preparation method involves dissolving and crystallizing β-CD, KOH, and
capsaicin in a
molar ratio of 1:1:1 to obtain β-CD-capsaicin-MOF
powder; mixing detergent builders, bleaching agents, enzymes, etc., to obtain the cleaning agent matrix; and then mixing the two components in a specific ratio to obtain the final product. This invention utilizes MOF to encapsulate capsaicin, solving the problems of poor water
solubility and residual
