An edge computing device is electrically connected with the camera and the light source, receives the egg images collected in the stable environment, and performs high-precision counting, quality detection (such as crack, dirt and blood stain) or specification analysis based on the images. The application realizes high-precision, strong anti-interference and multifunctional integrated online analysis by physically isolating environmental interference, combining a programmable optimized lighting scheme and an advanced visual algorithm, and can generate structured data to support fine production management.
