The invention relates to a metal-free nitrogen-doped functionalized mesoporous carbon catalyst and preparation method and applications thereof. A precursor of the metal-free nitrogen-doped functionalized mesoporous carbon catalyst comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-85% of template agent, 10-75% of nitrogen compound, and 5-50% of transition metal salt. The nitrogen compound is carbonized at high temperature under the existence condition of transition metal, to form a high-nitrogen-content pyridine and graphite nitrogen (Nx-C) composite structure, and the catalytic activity of oxygen can be remarkably enhanced; the transition metal in the nitrogen-doped mesoporous carbon catalyst can be removed through acid pickling, so that the inactivation (corrosion) of the catalyst containing the transition metal under the conditions of strong acid and strong alkali can be avoided, the characteristics of being high in stability, not easy to poison and the like can be achieved, and the metal-free nitrogen-doped functionalized mesoporous carbon catalyst has excellent application prospects in the fields of treating waste water of fuel batteries, metal-air batteries, supercapacitors, energy-storage batteries, microbial fuel cells, and the like.

Metal salt-free sealing agent for aluminum alloy anodic oxide film

The invention provides a metal salt-free sealing agent for an aluminum alloy anodic oxide film, belonging to the technical field of aluminum alloy anodic oxide film post treatment. The sealing agent of the invention is prepared by water solution composed of 1.0-10g/L of a hydration accelerator, 0.01-2g/L of a wetting agent, 0.01-3g/L of an ash inhibitor and 1-15g/L of a pH buffering agent, wherein the pH of workpiece fluid is 5.5-6.5, the operating temperature is 70-90 DEG C, and the sealing speed is 1.0-2.0min/um. The metal salt-free sealing agent creatively adopts organic compounds which are easily subject to biodegradation, does not contain any metal ions of nickel, cobalt, magnesium, calcium, lithium and the like as well as fluorinions, and obtains satisfactory sealing effect of the nano-pores of the aluminum alloy anodic oxide film by virtue of the scientific and coordinated component formula of the water solution; the aluminum alloy anodic oxide film obtained by seal treatment through the sealing agent has the advantages of good corrosion resistance, capability of meeting the requirements of GB 14952.1-94, good light-protection and color-protection properties of a film layer, no ash and pruina, no water stain after drying as well as light flowing color and small color difference change in case of sealing the organic dyeing film; and the metal salt-free sealing agent is widely applicable to sealing treatment of an original-color anodic oxide film, an electrolytic coloring anodic oxide film, a hard oxide film and a dyeing anodic oxide film.

Method for preparation of carbon quantum dots and application

The present invention provides carbon quantum dots, preparation method and uses thereof. The preparation method of the carbon quantum dots comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a dispersion of carbon based material; (2) mixing a solution of halogenated quinone with the dispersion of carbon based material and preparing a dispersion of carbon based-halogenated quinone composite material by halogenated quinone grafting method; (3) adding a solution of H2O2 to the dispersion of carbon based-halogenated quinone composite material and carrying out reaction thereof, obtaining reaction products; (4) carrying out solid-liquid separation to the reaction products, with the resulting filtrate continuing to react, thus obtaining a dispersion of carbon quantum dots. This method adopts metal-free catalytic oxidation, the process of which is safe, convenient and low-cost, and is performed under a mild reaction condition without adding additional substances which are difficult to be separated. The obtained quantum dots have a good dispersibility and can be easily separated, also can achieve pollution treatment using pollutants. In addition, the prepared carbon quantum dots have a broad application prospect in the fields of organic pollutant degradation, electrochemical sensors, super capacitors, luminescent materials and photoelectric devices, etc.

Metal-free nitrogen- functionalized carbon catalyst as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention relates to a metal-free nitrogen-functionalized carbon catalyst as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst consists of a carbon material and a nitrogenous macrocyclic compound according to a mass ratio being 0.10:0.90-0.90:0.10. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving the carbon material and the nitrogenous macrocyclic compound in a solvent, grinding the materials until the solvent is entirely volatilized, and drying to obtain a catalyst precursor; and (2) heating the precursor under the protection of an inert gas atmosphere at a temperature of 600-1000 DEG C for calcinations and reduction, so as to obtain the metal-free nitrogen-functionalized carbon catalyst. The catalyst is applied to a membrane electrode combination for a fuel battery. The metal-free nitrogen- functionalized carbon catalyst provided by the invention forms a pyridinic nitrogen-graphitic nitrogen (Nx-C) composite structure with high nitrogen content through high-temperature nitrogen modification pyrolysis treatment, so that the catalytic activity to oxygen is obviously improved. The preparation method is simple, and the metal-free nitrogen- functionalized carbon catalyst has good application prospects in field of water waste treatment of the fuel battery, a metal-air battery, a super capacitor, an energy storage battery, a microbial fuel cell and the like.

The invention relates to a controllable high-dispersion nano simple-substance metal/carbon composite material preparation method and electrical catalytic application thereof. An ordered mesoporous carbon powder material having high specific area is synthesized; the material is subjected to oxidation treatment to obtain mesoporous carbon provided with hydrophilic groups on the surface and having high specific area; metal precursor perfusion is performed by adopting an impregnation method, the mesoporous carbon is converted into hydroxide by adopting an ammonia fumigation method, and the hydroxide is fixed in mesoporous confined pore channels; reduction is performed at high temperature in the presence of H2, and finally a high-dispersion nano metal simple-substance/carbon composite material is obtained. With zero-valent iron/mesoporous carbon as an example, the composite material serves as a working electrode, a three-electrode electrochemical method is adopted to remove nitrate in a water body through electrical catalytic reduction. The composite material prepared by adopting the preparation method contains small simple-substance metal nanoparticles which are evenly dispersed in the pore channels of a carbon substrate, and the metal crystallization degree and supporting amount are easy to control in the preparation process. After electrode slices are produced, the nitrate treatment efficiency is high, the nitrogen selectivity is improved, the stability is good, and secondary pollution such as metal ion dissolution is not caused.

The invention discloses a nitrogen-doped porous graphite-like carbon nanosheet as well as preparation and electrocatalytic application thereof. The carbon nanosheet has a flaky morphology, and is richin nitrogen doping amount, large in pore volume, high in mesoporous ratio, and highly graphitized as a whole. According to the preparation of the carbon nanosheet, a metal oxide nanosheet of manganese is taken as a template, a metal organic framework material is taken as a carbon source, a sandwich-type sandwich composite structure precursor material is formed by the template and the carbon source, the precursor material is pyrolyzed in an atmosphere without water or oxygen, the template is removed through acid treatment, the obtained product after the removal of the template is mixed with anitrogen source, and annealing is performed again to prepare the carbon nanosheet. A preparation method has the advantages that the raw materials are easy to obtain, the preparation is simple, the production cost is low, the macro preparation is easy to implement and the like, and provides a universal synthetic route for preparing a two-dimensional doped porous carbon material with high degree ofgraphitization from the metal organic framework material. At the same time, the invention also discloses the application of the nitrogen-doped porous graphite-like carbon nanosheet with a high specific surface and a rich mesoporous structure and as a metal-free catalyst to high-efficiency electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reactions.
