The invention discloses a perfluoroether composite air condition hose, comprising an internal rubber layer, a shielding layer, a middle rubber layer, an enhancement layer and an external layer which are arranged from inside to outside, wherein the internal rubber layer is made of a perfluoroether rubber material; the perfluoroether rubber material is synthesized from tetrafluoroethylene, perfluoromethyl vinyl ether and a third monomer containing vulcanization points; the third monomer has the general formula of CF2=CF-ORfX (X is -COOR, -CN, -OC6H5), and the optimal third monomer is perfluoro(4-cyano butyl vinyl ether), perfluoro(2-fluorophenyl propyl vinyl ether) or perfluoro(styrene); and the middle rubber layer is made of one of butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, brombutyl rubber and chlorobutyl rubber, or the middle rubber layer is prepared by blending two or more of the butyl rubber, the chloroprene rubber, the brombutyl rubber and the chlorobutyl rubber. Corrosion-resistant aluminum plastic film for lithium battery

The invention provides a corrosion-resistant aluminum plastic film for a lithium battery. The corrosion-resistant aluminum plastic film comprises a protective layer, an aluminum foil layer and a heatsealing layer; the protective layer is adhered to and compounded with the aluminum foil layer by a cementing layer; the aluminum foil layer is compounded with the heat sealing layer by hot pressing; the aluminum foil layer is compounded with the heat sealing layer by hot pressing; and the heat sealing layer is made of a three-layer co-extrusion composite film, the inner layer is a bonding layer, the middle layer is a structural layer, the outer layer is a barrier layer which is made of a casting polypropylene film, and a material of the structural layer is composed of fluorinated polyvinyl chloride, perfluoroether rubber and nanometer carbon black. Due to the arrangement of the structural layer containing fluorinated polyvinyl chloride, the perfluoroether rubber and nanometer carbon black,the obtained aluminum plastic film is capable of resisting to hydrofluoric acid and also has relatively good mechanical properties; and meanwhile, due to the combined action of the structural layer and the barrier layer, the effect of completely isolating an electrolyte is achieved, the whole structure of the aluminum plastic film is supported, and the mechanical properties are improved.

Acrylic ester containing perfluoropolyether chain and synthetic method thereof

The invention discloses an acrylic ester containing a perfluoropolyether structure. The structure general formula of the acrylic ester is as shown in the Figure I, wherein Rf is a perfluoropolyether group; R' is a bivalent CO or SO2 group; R1 and R3 are the same or different C2-C6 bivalent alkyl groups; R2 and R4 are H or C1-C3 monovalent alkyl groups; n is the integer greater than or equal to 0. The Figure I is as shown in the specification. The synthetic method for the acrylic ester containing the perfluoropolyether comprises the following steps: 1) enabling N-hydroxyalkylamine compound to react with a derivative of perfluoropolyether substituted formic acid or a derivative of perfluoropolyether substituted sulfonic acid to obtain N-hydroxyalkyl perfluoropolyether amide or N-hydroxyalkyl perfluoropolyether sulfamide; and 2) under the production of nitrogen, slowly adding propylene acyl halide or 2-alkyl propylene acyl halide to the N-hydroxyalkyl perfluoropolyether amide or the N-hydroxyalkyl perfluoropolyether sulfamide dropwise, reacting for 1-5 hours, to obtain an acrylic ester compound containing the perfluoropolyether chain. The acrylic ester containing the perfluoropolyether chain synthesized by using the method has the characteristics of simple technology, and high product yield and purity, and can be applied for the synthesis of a fluorine-containing acrylic resin or other fluorine-containing materials.

The invention discloses quick-response reversible-photoisomerization perfluorinated-ether-chain azobenzene and a preparation method therefor. The perfluorinated-ether-chain azobenzene has a structural formula shown in the description. The preparation method comprises the steps: dissolving p-phenylene diamine and perfluoroether acyl fluoride, which serve as starting compounds, in an organic solvent so as to prepare (4-perfluoroether amide)phenylamine; diazotizing the compound by a hydrochloride / nitrite system, and then, enabling the diazotized compound to react with an alkali solution of phenol so as to prepare 4-perfluoroether amide-4'-hydroxyazobenzene; and in an anhydrous organic solvent, enabling 4-perfluoroether amide-4'-hydroxyazobenzene to react with methacryloyl chloride or acryloyl chloride so as to prepare 4-perfluoroether amide-4'-methacrylate azobenzene or 4-perfluoroether amide-4'-acrylate azobenzene. The compound disclosed by the invention has the advantages of reversible photoisomerization, quick response and high isomerization degree; a fluorinated ether chain is free of biological accumulation compared with a perfluoroalkyl hydrocarbon chain; and the compound contains an active functional group, i.e., propenyl which can participate in addition reaction or polymerization reaction, so that the field of application is broad.
