The invention discloses a nano-
enzyme immunochromatography
reagent strip for detecting adulteration of
camel milk as well as a preparation method and application of the nano-
enzyme immunochromatography
reagent strip. The
reagent strip comprises a sample pad, a nano-
enzyme combination pad, a
nitrocellulose membrane, a water absorption pad and a PVC (
Polyvinyl Chloride) plate, a CoFe2O4 nano-enzyme labeled beta-lactoglobulin
antibody is loaded on the nano-enzyme combination pad, a detection line and a
quality control line are arranged on the
nitrocellulose membrane, a beta-lactoglobulin
antigen is loaded at the position of the detection line, and a secondary
antibody of the beta-lactoglobulin
antibody is loaded at the position of the
quality control line; the sample pad, the nano-enzyme combination pad, the
nitrocellulose membrane and the water absorption pad are sequentially fixed on the PVC plate along the
chromatography direction of a sample. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing the CoFe2O4 nano-enzyme, the nano-enzyme conjugate pad and the nitrocellulose membrane containing the detection line and the
quality control line; and assembling the sample pad, the nano-enzyme combination pad, the nitrocellulose membrane, the water absorption pad and the PVC plate. The method has the advantages of high sensitivity and simplicity in operation when being used for detecting adulteration of
camel milk.
