Abstract

The roof water storage greening structure has the advantages that the planting grooves are arranged for preventing components at each layer of the planting grooves from following along with water when rainfall is great or excessive water is poured, so that rock soil in the planting grooves can not be loose or washed off; meanwhile, the bottoms of the planting grooves are communicated with the water storage tank, and the highest water level in the water storage tank is lower than a water storage layers in the planting grooves, so that the structure can effectively store water and also can prevent a root system of the vegetation from being soaked and rotten as the water in the planting grooves is excessive, and during drought, rainwater stored in the water storage tank can be absorbed and utilized by a plant root system.
