Abstract

The invention discloses a BIM-based property work order dispatching system and dispatching method. The system is composed of a facility identification terminal, a hand-held terminal A, a hand-held terminal B, a server side, and a network service side. The facility identification terminal consists of an RFID electronic tag and a two-dimensional code; the RFID electronic tag is used for storing non-exposed facility information; and the two-dimensional code is used for storing exposed facility information. The hand-held terminal A is used for receiving, browsing, and controlling BIM model data, sending and identifying a work order, and reading the facility identification terminal. The hand-held terminal B is used for receiving and browsing the BIM model data, receiving and identifying a work order, and reading the facility identification terminal. The server side is used for establishing, switching, updating, and storing a BIM model and processing a work order. The network service side is used for data interaction among the hand-held terminal A, the hand-held terminal B, and the server side. According to the invention, with application of the BIM technology to the work order dispatching system, an work order dispatching worker can carry out processing timely and dynamically when a fault occurs at a facility.
