Vibration reduction cushions are arranged at the bottom of the screening machine case, a main machine is arranged on the right side of the upper portion of the screening machine case, a small gas pump is arranged on the left side of the main machine, a small gas pump motor is arranged at the position, close to the left side of the small gas pump, in the screening machine case, and a servo motor is arranged above the small gas pump. After the vibration reduction cushions are used, vibration caused by the main machine, the servo motor and the small gas pump motor is reduced, a stable environment is provided for rotation of the rotary disc, thus, materials to be detected cannot be shifted, and detection efficiency is improved; after a gradienter is used, the rotary disc can be located at a horizontal position in the detection process, the rotary disc is not shifted in the waste part blowing process, and therefore the precision of the optical image screening machine is shown from the side face.
