The PWM switch control transduction circuit comprises a PWM control chip U1, a capacitor EC3, a resistor R5, a resistor R6, a capacitor C2, a capacitor C3 and a diode D3. The energy storage voltage stabilizing circuit comprises an inductor L2, a diode D4, a capacitor EC4 and a resistor R7. The capacitor C2 and the capacitor C3 are grounded through the reversely-arranged diode D4 respectively. An anode of the diode D4 is connected to a switch pulse output terminal of a direct current 5V through the capacitor EC4 and a cathode is connected to the switch pulse output terminal of the direct current 5V through the inductor L2.
