The rapid calibration method comprises the following steps: mounting detection equipment on the comprehensive tester of the steam turbine speed regulating system, wherein detection probes are arranged on a signal generator, and are connected with a probe of the comprehensive tester of the steam turbine speed regulating system respectively; powering on the signal generator and setting parameters; measuring a forward transmission waveform of a signal transmitted by the signal generator; connecting the comprehensive tester of the steam turbine speed regulating system and the signal generator to a DEH (Digital Electric Hydraulic) system of a steam turbine, and testing time delays of loops of the DEH system of the steam turbine; connecting the same signal to each test point needing to be used of the comprehensive tester of the steam turbine speed regulating system in sequence, and analyzing measurement deviation of each test point; analyzing a detection result, analyzing an abnormal phenomenon occurring during measurement, and if necessary, repeating the above detection flow time after time till a cause of the problem is found and the problem is solved.
