Abstract

The invention relates to an information pushing method and device. The method comprises the steps of: determining a first user to be pushed; pushing target information to a first terminal corresponding to the first user; determining a second user, wherein the second user comprises the first user browsing the target information within a preset time after pushing; according to the similarity between a third user and the second user, pushing the target information to a second terminal corresponding to the third user, wherein the third user comprises other at least one part of users to be pushed except the first user. The performance pressure of a server is reduced in a batch pushing mode, meanwhile, the information is pushed to the third user according to the similarity between the third user and the second user, so that users interested in the information can preferentially receive the pushed information and the user experience is improved.
