Abstract

Aiming at a problem existing in the prior art, the adaption method based on the hot-plug mechanism line card and the apparatus thereof are provided. When a new line card is inserted into master control equipment, the master control equipment acquires an identification number of the line card. The identification number of the line card is sent to a remote control center. After the remote control center receives the identification number corresponding to the line card, corresponding line information is matched according to the identification number in a database of the remote control center. The remote control center sends an xml file in the database to a line card matching logic module of the master control equipment.
