The method is implemented by the steps as follows: (1) getting the three-dimensional coordinates of a target; (2) performing coordinate transformation; (3) performing Kalman filtering on the three-dimensional speed of the target; (4) selecting a window length based on prior knowledge; (5) screening a target attitude angle; (6) selecting an imaging time period; (7) getting a time window after sliding; (8) judging whether the time corresponding to the target attitude angle in the window after sliding is the end time of data receiving; and (9) determining an optimal imaging time period.
