Abstract

The method includes the steps: crushing harvested straws, filling the crushed straws into a vessel for yellow corn silage of the straws layer by layer, simultaneously adding moisture layer by layer according to a certain proportion in the filling process, and compacting layer by layer; covering and tightening the vessel filled the straws by the aid of plastic cloth, enabling the vessel to be sealed, and performing yellow corn silage under the condition. The pretreatment method is economical, simple, convenient and efficient, a novel pretreatment method is provided for efficient utilization of biogas of the crop straws, mass treatment can be achieved, the pretreatment method solves the problems that the straws cannot be incinerated and are largely stacked in the fields after the autumn harvest in northeast areas of China a certain extent, straw treatment cost becomes lower and lower along with maturity of straw biogas technologies of the yellow corn silage, biogas cost is reduced along with the straw treatment cost, biogas power generation and biogas have certain competition ability as compared with traditional energy, and the pretreatment method solves the problems of shortage in fossil energy and high new energy cost.
